MOTHERS DAY IS ALMOST HERE

With Mothers Day literally just around the corner and this one being a little different than most years (no breakfast out at your fav spot) so we though we would put together a gift guide of things to do, to make and to gift for the (isolation) Mothers Day!

First lets start with the morning, there will be no taking her out to breakfast this year so you will have to bring the breakfast to her OR perhaps you prefer a morning tea or lunch? Lets start with the setting. This does not have to be the typical Breakfast In Bed, although this might be a fave. We have a few ideas for you below:

BREAKFAST/ LUNCH SETTINGS:

• On the Balcony or Front Porch
• In Bed
• Outside in the Garden
• An inside OR outside Picnic
• A beautiful set up at the dinning table

Now for the food!

FOOD IDEAS:-

• Try a new or favourite recipe at home (some ideas below)
• Support your local coffee shop and test out their take away menu
• Whip her up something you know she already loves.
• Go grab her a take away Coffee – sometimes its the little things that are the best
• Pancakes / Croissants / Eggs on Sourdough/ Avocado on Toast / Home Made Corn Cakes with Sweet Child Jam

Or why not one of everything!

MAKE IT SPECIAL WITH SOME FINISHING TOUCHES

• Candles
• Flowers or Greenery from your own garden in a Vase or scattered around
• Napkins
• Oil Burner or Evaporator – To make the room spell beautiful for a relaxed feel
• Hand Made Card or Little decorations is always a hit a more personal
• Collect some of her Fave Mags and set these up at Breakfast
