Nest Home Services has been providing professional spring cleaning across Brisbane, Queensland, since 2013.

Clients can set their own budget and provide a prioritised cleaning checklist — the team works through the list in order, tackling as much as possible within the time allocated.

The service starts at our minimum 3 hours cleaning for $200.70 including GST OR $66.90 including GST per person/ per hour.

Three hours is simply the minimum, to make things easy we offer three cleaning options for you to choose from allowing you as the customer to choose what option works best for you.

All cleaning products and equipment supplied. Tasks commonly included are ovens, windows, cupboards, walls, fans, and outdoor areas, but no two spring cleans are the same. Cleaners are police-checked and fully insured.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept payment on the day of cleaning either by Cash OR EFT Transfer on the day of the clean. NOTE: we do not offer any refunds for services carried out, only a solution.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you choose to cancel your Once Off /Deep Spring Clean we require a minimum 48 hours notice. Remember these cleaners have reserved your booking time and day so if you are wishing to cancel we need as much notice as possible. If you choose to cancel this service and are to give us less then the 48 hours notice required, you will be charged a minimum cancelation fee of 3 hours x the hourly rate of your service to cover costs for the cleaners.
