PRE SALE CLEANING

Prior to your home going on the market, getting pictures taken or having your home staging completed, a Detailed Pre Sale Clean is an absolute must!
This will highlight your homes greatest features, strip it back giving it a super fresh, clean and tidy feeling ready for those all important pictures and pre sales inspections.
We are known for our ability to be as flexible which is why we offer our customers three cleaning options to choose from so you are always in control of your budget and what you want help with.

Our variety of services will allow you to book everything you need right here without having to co ordinate a bunch of different trades from different companies.
We work with you to come up with a check list that will tick all the boxes and get your home looking it’s presentation best and Pre Sale ready.
We can also arrange Maintenance Cleans Weekly or Fortnightly to help keep your home looking neat and tidy in preparation for your Sales Inspections and of course once your home is sold we have that same team ready to come in and offer you a Settlement Clean and Professional Carpet Steam Cleaning Service, leaving everything ready for the new home owners.

CREATE YOUR IDEAL PRE SALE CLEANING LIST & CHOOSE FROM SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Cleaning of front entrances
- Thorough dust & tidy throughout including picture frames, rails, ledges, skirting boards, behind and under furniture
- Fans, light fittings, air con units
- Spot mark or full wash down of walls, doors and skirting
- Window Cleaning inside and outside – (including pool glass if required)
- Full bathroom clean, de mould, bathroom screens, shower recess, baths, sinks, toilets, mirrors, cupboards etc.
- Full kitchen clean including de greasing of ovens, range hoods, stove tops, top and fronts of cupboards, splash back, bench tops and sinks – (including inside of fridges and cupboards if requested)
- De Clutter and Organise (if requested)
- Laundry
- Through Vacuum and wash of floors throughout
- Garage Cleaned and Tidied
- Balconies and Patios Cleaned
SETTLEMENT CLEANING
Your Settlement Cleaning is often required as part of sale, to have your home professionally cleaned and ready for hand over to its new owners. This is not usually as detailed as your Pre Sale Clean as most of your home already had a thorough clean to get it ready for sale.
SETTLEMENT CLEANING LIST CAN INCLUDES:- (you can choose all or create your own personal to do list)
- Thorough dusting throughout including skirting boards, door frames, all furniture including behind and under (if furnished)
- Window Cleaning, screens, tracks and sills – inside and outside
- Mirrors and Glass throughout
- Washing or Spot Marking of all walls, skirting and doors.
- Wiping out all cupboards and storage areas
- Thorough Clean of the Bathrooms, De mould of showers, glass, clean and dust walls, tiles cleaned, basin and vanity, bathtub and toilet (thorough clean)
- Thorough Clean of Kitchen including inside/ outside of cupboards, oven, range hood, dishwasher, bench tops, fridge, pantry etc
- Thorough Mop and Vacuum of floors
- Clean out of Garage (if required)
- Sweep and clean of outdoor areas, balcony or patios
- Steam Cleaning of all Carpet (Will can help with this!)
We work with you to come up with a check list that will suite your budget and we usually like to offer you the same Pre Sale Cleaners that you had the first time to help with your Settlement Clean as they are already familiar with your home and what they need to do.

CHOOSE FROM ONE OF OUR THREE CLEANING OPTIONS WHICH ARE:

We can stick to a budget of your choice and work through your prioritised Cleaning TO DO LIST on the day.

We can work along side you on the day of cleaning.

We can Quote the Job on arrival and agree on a time frame and cost that you are 100% comfortable with prior to starting on the day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept payment on the day of cleaning either by Cash OR EFT Direct Transfer prior to your cleaners leaving site on the day of cleaning.
NOTE: we do not offer any refunds for services carried out only a solution.
If for any reason you choose to cancel your once off cleaning service we require a minimum 48 hours notice. Remember these cleaners have reserved your booking time and day so if you are wishing to cancel we need as much notice as possible. If you choose to cancel this service and are to give us less then the 48 hours notice required, you will be charged a minimum cancelation fee of 3 hours x the hourly rate of your service to cover costs for the cleaners totalling $194.70 including GST.
