When it comes to organising to have your rug collected from your home we are extremely flexible. We understand you can’t always be there on a certain day at a certain time so we offer the following:-

You can leave your Rug in a safe, dry spot for it to be picked up. We will notify you by text message to let you know your rug has been collected safely and is on its way to be cleaned.
2.
You can leave it on your front door or balcony. Again you will be notified that it has been collectedly safely and is on its way to be cleaned.
3.
We can arrange a time and day that you will be home when we can come and collect.
We do all this for you free of charge and it couldn’t be more simple!
