I find Nest cleaners are all very good at their work. They are reliable, listen to what I want, do a thorough job and are efficient and honest with time frames. They also make sure I'm happy with the job before they leave. I use Nest cleaning services every 6-8 weeks to help me with the more irregular cleaning around the house. Sally makes it really easy for me to ring and book a service when it suits me.

The team at NEST Cleaning Services are absolutely fabulous! We have had Kathe and Jaime come out a couple of times to do a move in / hygiene clean for all areas of our new house, which wasn't an easy feat as the state it was left in wasn't clean to our standards. Kathe and Jaime were fantastic at making sure all of our needs were ticked off with the clean, asking ahead of time what we wanted to go over and the level of detail so that everything was to our satisfaction. The NEST Cleaning Services admin team are incredibly wonderful to deal with, and didn't hesitate to advise availability and book in an additional clean for the following week when I asked for Kathe and Jaime to come back and tackle the downstairs areas. I couldn't recommend the NEST team, Kathe and Jaime highly enough, thank you for taking away one of the stresses of moving with your cleaning wizardry skills!

My house was renovated with two new bathrooms and the complete re-tiling of the floor and there was dust and dirt everywhere. I booked Nest Home Services in for a post renovation clean and I could not speak more highly of the job that they did. I was so impressed the house looked incredible. Booked a spring clean for my friend before the birth of her baby, and Nest were just the best to deal with. So accommodating and friendly. I've not found another cleaning service that works to a budget, rather than just a time frame. Very helpful, will definitely use them again.

After a disappointing experience with another company who seemed to just push dirt around, I had Edward and his team come and do a Spring Clean at my house today. Gavin is without doubt the most thorough effective cleaner I've ever met. I'm 69 and I've met quite a few cleaning people. Absolute professional and really tuned in to what clean means in your home. Attention to detail is outstanding. The soap scum on our shower glass has been 100% removed and the glass is actually completely transparent like it was new, truly, you have to see it to believe it. We booked in NEST home services through Sally for our bond clean last week, and all I can say is it was a smooth process the whole way through. Daniel was an absolutely amazing person and cleaner. He was known as “Dan the Man” for the day. He really went above and beyond with our clean and was great with communicating with us and double checking if everything was up to our standard. We will definitely ask for Daniel again when we need a job done to a high standard and have already recommended him to friends.
